What is Zen Shiatsu?
Zen Shiatsu is a holistic healing art that focuses on balancing Qi—the body’s life force energy—by applying rhythmic pressure along meridians (energy pathways). Developed in Japan, Zen Shiatsu is based on the principle that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected, and that balancing energy flow can restore health and vitality.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the limited number of students that we can accommodate in each class, all registrations are final. No refunds. Credit can be used towards the next workshop or ongoing classes. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
