What is Qigong?

Qi is the fundamental life force energy that flows through all living things. Gong is skill, practice, effort or mastery developed through cultivation and consistent practice.

Qigong, a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years, is renowned for its ability to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Breathing techniques to cultivate a calm, focused and balanced mind.

Basic Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, to deepen understanding and align intention with movement.

The foundational movements that promote the free flow of Qi throughout your body.
